- We meet every Wednesday evening from 8pm to 10pm (with a 15-minute refreshment break at 9pm) at the Quinborne Community Centre in Ridgacre Road, Quinton, Birmingham, B32 2TW. Tel: 0121 682 7474. The choir does not rehearse during the month of August
- Although a musical ear and tuneful singing voice are helpful, an ability to read music is not essential – enthusiasm and commitment are more important
- Anyone with an interest in singing is extremely welcome to come along to one of our rehearsals. After a couple of weeks’ “settling in” time, you will be required to do a short, informal voice test with conductor Ellis Shortt
- There is a modest yearly subscription fee of £25 – significantly less than many other choirs
